The quarterly tuition fee shall be paid at the school office at the beginning of each quarter, as per the schedule given below. However, the fee can be paid in advance on any working day throughout the year for the convenience of parents.

1. Late fee charge at the rate of SR 1/- (including 5% VAT) per day is charged after the due dates mentioned above. If the due date happens to be a holiday, the fees will be collected without late fee on the next working day.

2.  If the school fee is not paid within the stipulated period, the name of the child will be struck off from the rolls. Parents will then be required to pay SR 200/(including 5% VAT) as re-admission fee and clear all outstanding dues, after which the admission will be reinstated.

 3. Parents who plan to go on annual vacation/ emergency leave may pay the school fees in advance or make necessary arrangements for timely remittance to avoid late fee/re-admission fees. School will send fee intimation to parents on or before 20th March/ 20th June/ 20th Sept and 20th Dec of the following quarters. 

4. In case parents do not receive the quarterly fee intimation on time they are requested to contact the accounts section to avoid payment of late fee or re-admission fee. Kindly note that non receipt of fee intimation is not a reason to delay the fee payment.

 5.  Pupils joining the school in the middle of any quarter will have to pay the full fee for that quarter. However, long absentees will have to pay the fees for all quarters in case they want to rejoin their classes. Otherwise they have to take TC after settling all their dues and thereafter seek new admission.

 6.  Fee payments can be made using any one of the following options:

 A - Cash payment at the school cash counter (Timings : 6:30 am – 2:00 pm).
 B -  SPAN POS machine located in School Admin office
 C -  THROUGH BANK : Bank account as per details below

Parents remitting school fees through bank shall submit the receipt to the accounts section or transmit to e-mail : fees@yaraschool.net.
