1. Admission is open to Indian Nationals only
and is subject to the availability of seats in
the classes. Admission for the new academic year
is usually granted during the last quarter of
the previous academic year. However the
Principal may grant admission subject to the
approval of the school authorities under special
circumstances, even after the expiry of this
period.
2. Application for admission shall be
submitted by the parents on a prescribed form
which can be obtained from the school office on
payment of SR 50/- (including 15% VAT) for
Nursery to Grade XI. Parents can also download
admission form from our website www.yaraschool.net and payment can be made at
the time of submission.

for all fresh admissions (UKG and upwards) and
the results will be discussed with parents

e) Entrance Test:
A non-refundable entrance test fee of SR 100/-

Numerical score sheet of Periodic Tests duly
attested by the Principal with school seal, in
case of transfer from CBSE school during the
academic year (for grades VI to IX).

Sponsor letter with CR Number.

Copy of Vaccination card (For admission in
Nursery to grade-I)
Transfer Certificate issued by the previous
school shall be considered valid for one month
only from the date of issue.
f)
Admission without TC:
A child can be admitted in grade I without a TC,
only on the submission of a Birth Certificate
from a competent authority along with admission form and other documents required by the school.
g) Issuance of Transfer Certificate: Request
for Transfer certificate (TC), bonafide
certificate or any other documents shall be
submitted to school administration office at
least 7 working days in advance. A TC fee
of SR 200/- (including 15% VAT) shall be paid
along with each TC application.
h)
Cancellation of Transfer Certificate once
formally requested can only be made after paying
an administrative charge of SR 100/- (including
15% VAT). If any student continues to attend
classes without notifying school authorities, SR
100/- (including 15% VAT) will be charged to the
student along with the regular fees.
i) In case of withdrawal of a pupil in the
middle of any quarter, full fees for that
quarter have to be paid and the fees already
paid for that quarter will not be refunded.
j) Students removed from the rolls of the
school for any reasons can seek re-admission
only after paying re-admission fee of SR 200/-
(including 15% VAT) and clearing all outstanding
term fees subject to availability of seats.
Admissions in Class XI for the Academic Session
2024-25
Part 1 - General
Admission for non-Yara students shall be
determined by an Entrance Test which shall be
based on Class X syllabus. Stream of study shall
be decided as per the marks obtained in the
Entrance Test, Periodic Tests and in the
Pre-Board Examination of Class X. See part 3
below for detailed criteria for each stream.
Admission for Yara students shall be based on
the marks obtained in Pre-Board and Periodic
Tests (PT-1, PT-2 & PT-3) of Class X. See
part 3 below for detailed criteria for each
stream.
Part 2 – Mandatory Requirements
1. Admission shall be open only to such a
student who has obtained minimum Grade ‘D’ in at
least five subjects of external examination as
per the scheme of studies and a qualifying
certificate at the Secondary School (Class X)
Examination conducted by CBSE.
2.
The cut-off date for admission into Class
XI shall be 30th June 2024.
3. Once a student’s name has been registered
with CBSE for the Senior Secondary School
Certificate (Class XII) Examination, no
interschool cross migration shall be permitted.
4.
Request for change of subject(s) in class XII
will be accepted by CBSE upto 15th
July of the academic session. Parents/candidates
to apply for change of subjects with relevant
documents supporting the reason.
5. As the syllabus prescribed at Senior
Secondary level is for two years integrated
course, no direct admission shall be given to
Class XII. However, transfer cases will be
entertained supported with relevant documents
and cut-off date for direct admission to Class

6. 75% attendance is mandatory for Class XI
as well as for class XII, as per Examination
Byelaws of CBSE.
7. Copy of CBSE Board Examination result
should be submitted along with original (for
verification) after declaration of the results.
